Yoga:

Yoga can benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally. Classes are open to all levels of fitness and you don't need to be flexible to do yoga! Beginner and experienced students are welcome.

Meditation:

Private meditation group facilitation available


If you find it difficult to attend a meditation class, or if you would prefer to experience meditation with your friends, family or work collegues in your home or office, a private meditation group can be arranged for you.

Stress is an unavoidable part of our lives.  Each individual will cope and react differently to stress and what works for one person isn't always going to work for another.

In an individual stress management session we explore your own relationship to stress, factors that may be contributing to anxiety and how you react to stress.  We then work together to identify the most appropriate techniques for you that you can apply immediately in your life.  The session is personalised as there is no one size fits all technique that suits all people and lifestyles.  It is about what works for you!

Stress management sessions are available one on one, as a workshop group or in the workplace. 

Stress and anxiety not only decreases our quality of life but can affect our health and general well being. I offer a wide variety of techniques for you to choose from to assist you in bringing balance back into your life.  For more information about stress management sessions please contact me.
