Hypnotherapy is nothing like stage hypnosis.  You remain in control at all times.  Hypnotherapy empowers you!  You can use the power of your own mind to reach your goals and make the changes you desire.

For example an individual who wishes to use hypnotherapy for weight management can be helped to achieve this goal by removal of any emotional reason to eat such as stress, boredom or self comfort.  Or perhaps you have just developed a habit of eating the wrong foods at the wrong time. 

Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, stress or panic attacks.  Some feel out of control, hypnotherapy can assist you to release stress/anxiety as well as provide you with the tools to regain control.
